These Terms govern your use of mystylehair.com (the “Service”), operated by MyStyleHair (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service uses AI to generate hairstyle images based on a photo you upload. You can generate one free preview. For a one-time payment, we generate a full set of hairstyle images on your photo and deliver them to you. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — you will not be billed on a recurring basis.

Eligibility & your photo

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
• You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of a person who has given you permission to do so.
• You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload.

AI-generated results

Generated images are created by AI and are provided for entertainment and inspiration. They are approximations and may not accurately reflect how a hairstyle would look on you in real life. Results vary depending on your photo and are provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, likeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment

The price is shown at checkout and is charged once via our payment processor, Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refunds

Because the images are generated specifically for you and delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your order or the results failed to generate, contact us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload photos of other people without consent, to impersonate others, or to create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.

Ownership & license

You retain ownership of the photo you upload. Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the hairstyle images we generate for you for your personal, non-commercial use. The Service, its software, branding, and example imagery remain our property.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
