This Privacy Policy explains how MyStyleHair (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use mystylehair.com (the “Service”), which lets you preview AI-generated hairstyles on your own photo.

Information we collect

• Photos you upload. The selfie you submit so we can generate hairstyle images of you.
• Generated images. The hairstyle images we create from your photo.
• Email address. Collected by our payment processor at checkout so we can send you your results.
• Limited technical data. Your IP address and basic request logs, used to operate, secure, and rate-limit the Service.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by Stripe.

How we use your information

• To generate AI hairstyle images from your photo.
• To deliver your purchased images to you by email and via your private gallery link.
• To process payment, provide support, and operate and secure the Service.

Service providers we use

To run the Service we share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers:

• Replicate (running Google’s image model) — processes your photo to generate hairstyle images.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — stores your photo and generated images, and sends email.
• Stripe — processes payment and collects your email at checkout.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security terms and may process data outside your country.

Retention & deletion

Your photo and generated images are stored so your gallery link continues to work. You may request deletion of your photo and generated images at any time by emailing us at the address below, and we will remove them.

Selling data

We do not sell your personal information or your photos, and we do not use your images to train AI models.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you should only upload photos of yourself or of someone who has given you permission.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures (including encryption in transit) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
